For more than a MONTH, Boulders have been missing from the debris in our Canyons (What happened to the Boulders?). Only the bushes, sage brush, sand piles & oil puddles now show up as debris. PLEASE Bring Boulders back! It's the ONLY way to earn ROCKS... we need Rocks to make Antidote (in the General Store) for the Trail Sweeper... as THERE IS ON OTHER PLACE TO EARN ROCKS! Please fix this bug!

Please Vote HERE with a Thumbs UP if your Westbound app is crashing and you want RockYou to fix it!!! PLEASE HELP ME make a point with RockYou and Google that this is a wide spread issue for a lot of players with a Thumbs up Vote HERE!

Two Issues needing fixed:
1) Westbound app will not load unless I clear data first

2) Game crashes within 5 minutes (or less) of play
More Details; Since July of this year, while attempting to use the Westbound app, I’ve encountered nothing but crashes! After opening and having Support close a multitude of tickets (#302938, #306825, #344129, #362904, #364744) the issue with crashes has only gotten worse!
I bought my LG (Android) tablet in January of this year (2015) specifically to play Westbound... it worked fine until around the time RockYou took over from Kiwi... not saying that's why, only that's when I started having issues with WB crashing multiple times before staying up... once up, it generally crashes within 5 minutes or less... (crashing) typically when clearing debris or while moving around on the screen looking for chests. NOTE: If working on a Challenge task (ie tapping on the choc cookie) the game typically doesn't crash.

RockYou needs to address this (Folks, do you Agree?)!!!

For the last week, I have had no debris to clean. Also, every minute or 2, a full screen pop up pauses the game. I have updated, cleared data, and uninstalled/reinstalledreinstalled, and ran an anti-virus on my tablet.

I give it another day or so then I will be permanently uninstalling the game.

With the pop-up ads that spring to life at the start of the game, I get fewer - or no - debris to clear. Which means I can't clear debris to get the 5 free pickaxes a day.


Is anyone else having this issue?

  • I've been playing almost a month and haven't saw any rock debris. All these missions that need rocks and I can't get them... where are they at

Please vote with a thumbs up HERE if you also can not play because "Carson must be tinkering with the servers again"... to get RYs attention about this issue!!!

I’ve had this issue for more than 5 hours (of trying to launch Westbound), starting at 8:30AM CST (first time today I tried opening Westbound)…. It was working fine at 10:30PM last night. When I launch Westbound I get a pop-up box “Uh oh… Carson must be tinkering with the servers again… Please give us a few minutes and try again (Exit)”. The Game never gets passed the blue bar loading phase.

Please Note… because I’ve had issues with the game before, SO I have already tried (more than 10 times over many hours) RYs previous suggestions (listed below)… which did not work.

First, I went to Settings >> Applications >> Manage Applications >> Westbound >> Clear Data (which also cleared The cache automatically) then restart the application… But while launching the game I still got a pop-up box “Uh oh… Carson must be tinkering with the servers again… Please give us a few minutes and try again (Exit)”. The Game never got passed the blue bar loading phase.

Second, I went to Settings >> Applications >> Manage Applications >> Westbound >> Clear Data (which cleared cache automatically) >> (Then did a) Force stop and restart the application…But while launching the game I still got a pop-up box “Uh oh… Carson must be tinkering with the servers again… Please give us a few minutes and try again (Exit)”. The Game never got passed the blue bar loading phase.

Third, I went to the Play Store and uninstalled Westbound… I then used the file manager search function to look for any Westbound files, I could find none (therefore I was unable to delete any). So I Reinstalled Westbound) then restart the application…But while launching the game I still got a pop-up box “Uh oh… Carson must be tinkering with the servers again… Please give us a few minutes and try again (Exit)”. The Game never got passed the blue bar loading phase.


If you have any additional suggestions, please let me know!

Be careful this costs gold n then doesn't stay put in ur christmas/ holiday area. Costs 10 gold! Then disappears like a crop.... rip off. I emailed kiwi. I want my gold back. Thought it was a pretty peppermint ptch deco.totally mis led. Cuz crops don't cost gold! Only decos do.

Every time I go into my game after about 10 minutes it just closes.  Most of the time I get no crash report.  I transferred my Data from my other device 3 weeks ago and it has been happening ever since.  I have emailed support several times and nothing has been done about it.  I can't collect my ranch, I can't complete quests, and I can' t do team challenges.  Again I have emailed support, cleared cache, cleared Ram, and also uninstalled and re-installed.  Please fix the issue.

I keep getting duplicate items while completing canyon quests. Some include an extra earthen fort, pinball machine, poker table and etc. Anyone else experiencing this?
