Please Vote HERE with a Thumbs UP if your Westbound app is crashing and you want RockYou to fix it!!! PLEASE HELP ME make a point with RockYou and Google that this is a wide spread issue for a lot of players with a Thumbs up Vote HERE!
Two Issues needing fixed:
1) Westbound app will not load unless I clear data first
2) Game crashes within 5 minutes (or less) of play
More Details; Since July of this year, while attempting to use the Westbound app, I’ve encountered nothing but crashes! After opening and having Support close a multitude of tickets (#302938, #306825, #344129, #362904, #364744) the issue with crashes has only gotten worse!
I bought my LG (Android) tablet in January of this year (2015) specifically to play Westbound... it worked fine until around the time RockYou took over from Kiwi... not saying that's why, only that's when I started having issues with WB crashing multiple times before staying up... once up, it generally crashes within 5 minutes or less... (crashing) typically when clearing debris or while moving around on the screen looking for chests. NOTE: If working on a Challenge task (ie tapping on the choc cookie) the game typically doesn't crash.
RockYou needs to address this (Folks, do you Agree?)!!!
For the last week, I have had no debris to clean. Also, every minute or 2, a full screen pop up pauses the game. I have updated, cleared data, and uninstalled/reinstalledreinstalled, and ran an anti-virus on my tablet.
I give it another day or so then I will be permanently uninstalling the game.
With the pop-up ads that spring to life at the start of the game, I get fewer - or no - debris to clear. Which means I can't clear debris to get the 5 free pickaxes a day.
Is anyone else having this issue?
