I do have a new device and had game transfered automatically on a back up, I played the game fine a couple of days ago and just went to play the game again and it's started me from the beginning how do I get my game back?

You need to contact RY and do a device transfer. Go to settings, scroll to the bottom to help and support. Raise an issue/device transfer.

Do your device transfer through support , through the settings as Phil has described to you .

Please drop an email to the support team about the device transfer. We will move the game progress. You can email us from the game- On opening the game tap the triangle on the bottom right and then tap the settings' icon. Select Help and Support, and then report an issue
