Hello All,

We've already corrected the price of Bundle Pack Sale to $14.99. You can now go ahead and purchase this pack for $14.99.

User's who have been charged $19.99 for this pack will be compensated with extra resources (swords, gold, cheer) in the next 24 hours.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Denise  - if you have already emailed us,  the compensation has been added in your account.

I never received additional compensation. ..please email me what your next step in refunding my google account or refunding me with what i was intending to buy; pixaxes, gold, or tonic.  Cheer points aren't acceptable!!

irishredneck808    AKA irishredne  sent an e- mail but it  went to the old address he hasn't upgraded lately  paid the 1999 but never got the additional stuff on his on the 1499 special   (he's my other half )

Good Morning. I have been really frustrated and becoming annoyed now, that so much time has passed. I've sent an email previously concerning a purchased bundle that I have NOT received yet! I confirmed with my credit card First, before I complained to Kiwi! I have screen shot my first email with the purchase date and confirmation number on it. Please help me. I have never had a problem with any other purchase with my games. I am a long standing Gamer with Kiwi and Google.
Please look into it for me and fix it Please?!!! This is almost a month waiting now.

Hi Kimmy, if you have done all of that and no response from kiwi you need to contact Google play & tell them what occurred! They do not take too kindly to that. Go into the forum and look up Game won't load for 2 weeks topic. Karen was kind enough to post on the forum step by step process for filing formal complaint against kiwi's lack of support on all matters! I wish you the best of luck!
