Hey everyone!

Bet you never thought you'd hear from me again ☺

I finally got my canyon back. After 1 year, I WAS back. Even playedthe last challenge.

I was experiencing yet another issue. So, Zieu tells me CLEAR MY DATA.

WELL, I DID. ..and, guess what happened next?

MY 245 LEVEL'S HAVE GONE BACK TO LEVEL ONE!

I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER FOR ROCKYOU. NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED, EVENTUALLY, THE COMPUTER GENERATED VOICE JUST SAYS. ..GOOD BYE!

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS. ..AFTER A YEAR, I WAS BACK FOR A FEW DAYS.

SOMEHOW, SOME WAY ZIEU REALLY NEEDS TO FIX THIS. ..I EVEN ASKED HIM TO CALL ME. I WANT MYGAME BACK.

AM I asking for too much?

ZIEU WILL NEVER ADMIT TO ANY ISSUES OF THE MALFUNCTIONING OF THEIR GAMES.

I'm having issues with zero responses with anything I try. They are more than happy to take people's money, but they have no accountability to their customers at all. It's disgusting.

Alex... I feel your pain! Unfortunately, history supports your complaint! Suggest you post on the RY Westbound Facebook page your thoughts... and contact Google about how you feel. Please help we other players get their attention!

I'm starting to think that's RockYou's goal is to get rid of players (is the game not making enough money?)… eventhough they lose money, when someone leaves?!? And I'm about ready to give up too... but not really in my nature to let someone beat me!


I also hope the game gods will read this and change things before RockYou lose more players... who jump ship to go play a game without issues, or one that get them solved!

I posted my complaint on ROCKYOU FACEPage. Could not find my report. So does that mean they only accept only wonderful ravings about their games? STRANGE-but not surprised. All game players must come to the realization that these companies ROCKYOU and KIWI only want one thing all your MONEY.

Realize if all players stick together we can make them fall.
