Half of each of my orange trees have disappeared. Also, lately the game shuts down before I can visit all my neighbors. Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you.

Yes! Orange and cherry trees and some of the other assets. I have been waiting for help for numerous issues and gave up. sine February. I had to quit. I hope someone helps you!

I looked at this and it said that all files will be permanently deleted if I do it. I lost this game before for several weeks and do not wish to do it again. Please give me another suggestion. Thank you.

Half of each of my orange trees is gone, and I can't visit all of my neighbors before the game shuts down. What the original support told me to would, according to my tablet, would permanently delete all my files. This is all I can tell you. Thank you.

HOW DO YOU DO THIS. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TO REACH THE SUPPORT TEAM AND ALL I GET IS TRANSFERRED TO THE FORUM.

Mine have been gone since February and they still cant figure it out.
