Well thank you for broad answer! Could you not have notified me of that in regards to my post? Update & then dumped! It appears that from what I could see prior to final drop that my data shrunk to almost nothing! Will it reset to where I was? Thanks Jan

Look kiwi I understand you will have issues off & on but the way they are handled is frustrating. I have reported several problems and the generic answers are the same, "we have tested your game & it is working OK"; no its not, please go into our games and not only correct issues but please correct lost items. I know if I get back into game I will be started over on many quests and series and I will have green black blobs where stuff is that may or may not return to normal! I have lost so much & its lagging behind & slowing me down with the dragging on screen! Also while I am telling you this I may as well add energy issues, please drop the Tc powered by energy!! I felt like a total idiot tapping on a screen for pu pumpkin pie tc! It physically hurt my body & I had to let my team down as I couldn't take the pain. Please note I am not the only one asking for your mercy! Thank you

I to agree with this.  It was physically painful to tap on a pumpkin.  Tap, tap, tap, and cramp.  Please take out the energy.

When you have a chronic disease it is worsened! But others find it hurtful too! Thank you!!

Is anybody having issues with other Kiwi games? My Westbound kicked me off while visiting neighbors about 8 1/2 hours ago and I have not been able to login since... It's just a black screen. :-(.

My TM was on Westbound this morning and didn't have any problems.
I'm able to get on westbound ok.
Sounds like all kiwi games are having technical issues!!

I still cannot log in on Westbound! And I also checked Shipwrecked, a no go there too!!! This is very frustrating!!!!!

Ok, that's odd... I restarted my tablet and Westbound is loading (crosses fingers that it goes through) as I type... Yay! WB is now coming up for me. Off to check SW again... :-/.

Signing on to Shipwrecked is like watching the stock market crash.  But I do agree, please take your time and do it right.  It was nice of you to inform us of the issues that we knew we were already experiencing.  If you were aware, it would have been nice to know ahead of time.  This is what I mean by a communication breakdown.  If you are going to update something please let us know in advance, and please again, I agree with Ed, take your time and do it right.  Even if that means the stock market is going to crash.  Oh and by the way, are you going to extent our bonus because of this issue?

There is no issue with Westbound. We apologize for the delay in fixing the issue and inconvenience caused. I'll update here once the issue is fixed at the earliest. 
Thanks! Its stressful not being able to work on my island!!! If not fixed soon I will be saving $$$ by not doing tc this week!! I can't see throwing $$ in trash can!! It's too hard to come by!
I was just able to get into shipwrecked. 
I did but it crashed! That's why I didn't announce!

Thanks for at least letting  us know there is a problem but i think we will let you know if it's fixed once it starts
Has the server issues been resolved regarding the hack attack?  What is Kiwi going to do about that?
Ben is still tinkering with server/6 days now.
Did you email support? If not then I would do so as they do not answer the forum very often & will need your user name and other information they get from your email. Good luck!
