I'm level 88 and scored 221 on the last challenge all by myself.  I'm looking for people that actually put in an effort.

I'm not doing any more challenges, not fun and I'm not buying any more spirit. YouHippie, MeLazy and Suggwi will be looking for a team mate. I can't even tell them I'm done. Game crashes every time I try to chat.
I agree with you Brody, I don't want to do anymore challenges either, this is the third week in a row that I have had problems.  They have taken the fun out of it, I agree.  Don't give up yet there are other options.  Let's see what they come up with then I am going to make a post in the forum about how to maybe achieve better results.
Try deleting you data and then your cache. It usually works for me.  You want lose any scores or places.  When you clear your data you will get black/green boxes where your buildings should be, but these will disappear when your game has loaded.

Martian, thanks for the suggestion. Kiwi suggested as well. Did help loading a bit but crashes not so much. I've had techs from two different companies to my house. Not my equipment. It started with the very first challenge for some reason. Got steadily worse. My team mates started having same problems recently. Different states, devices and providers but same problems.
Brody, I have had nothing but problems since the first day of the original challenge.  Last week I couldn't even log in until Sunday and lost valuable assets and ranking.  Technical Support knows nothing.I did what Marrtian suggested and I was able to log in finally.  I have noticed that my island if it is full of stuff and doesn't have a lot of space then it takes longer for the game to load and longer for me to visit my neighbors which I wasn't able to do since the first day of the original challenge.  Then Mag made a suggestion and I cleared cached, cleared data, turned device off, cleared my island by selling paths and making space and the game loaded better and didn't crash as much.  Of course I am still waiting for Technical Support to figure out the problem and they sent me an email asking me to not visit my neighbors until they get it figured out.  I feel ya Brody.

I don't want to be forced to buy spirit especially when horrible game play won't let me collect what I'm owed from all the time and money I've put into this game. I did everything you've done to fix the problem. Loading got better but crashes are constant. Took me three hours to get around my island just once the other day! Starting to feel a little shady.

I play other Kiwi quest games without these problems. Only complaint with those, once you get to a high level it's a long time between new quests and the Halloween quests are a repeat of last years and you can't even do them twice. You're actually better off not spending a penny on the games and taking your time playing. I have, had, little patience so I spent a good bit of money and now have nothing to do! I was really looking forward to new holiday quests but that isn't happening! I'm seriously considering not playing Kiwi games at all for a good long time.

Karen, just reread your post and can't believe how similar our experience has been. Started very first challenge, couldn't log in for a whole week, can't visit neighbors. So much alike. It's been, what, at least three months. You think they would have figured it out by now! With so many people having these problems maybe they should stop the challenges until they find a fix. I play every day, multiple times a day and have spent a good bit of money. Makes me a very good customer I think but not getting anything back. Especially, not even fun any more! Sad. Makes me very wary of trying any new game. Sorry for all your problems but happy to know I'm not Crazy and Alone!

You are not crazy or alone Brody, there are other people as well who also have the problem.  I understand as well as I have spent more money than one person should spend on a game and I don't have a lot money to spend but it keeps me occupied but now I am to the point where I am just going to start at level 1 of Candy Crush since I have already completed all the levels and beat everyone's high score.   It is cheaper and more fun and I play only Westbound from Kiwi and the problems that I have had there were taken care of immediately.  No complaints on that.  I'm just waiting to see what they do now as I have already sent emails, posted on different websites bad reviews and I am going to depending on what they do next send emails to the investors and write an article and send it to the online tech magazine that just reported Kiwi received Twenty Five Million dollars from investors.  And I will get the CEO's email and send him an email as well.  Just remember, you are not alone.

Hi Kb you are so right I have only had two weeks. Of it and add enough to tired to start to night but if kiwi think that I was out spoken before they don't know me 
I cleared cache and data. Can load most of the time but crashes constantly and now have terrible lag time problem. Tap a couple of buildings and have to sit a wait for game to respond. I play Bright wood, Westbound, Monster am a Planet and have simple probs that get fixed and Shipwrecked was great until first challenge. Kiwi seems to ignore my telling them many times probs started with first challenge. They blame, side games and other stuff finally said it was because I was at such a high level. Don't think they have ever looked at what changed first challenge. That is the source of all the problems and it will never get fixed unless they accept that.  they need to scrap the challenges until they find a fix. You should read my emails I've sent them. I KNOW where the problem starts, sounds like exactly same way for Karen.
Hey brody, did you clear your data?  That was the only thing that worked the couple of times it happened.   You might have to clear it again.   Will post more detail later on how i finally fixed it.  Sad to say kiwi had nothing to do with it.
Would love to play with you.  Do not know how to make you my friend.  Can you invite me?

I did all of that Karen! In just as I feared Westbound is acting up now too. I knew by adding the challenges to that game it would mess up just the same way it did Shipwrecked. Started with the very first challenge on both games. Kiwi says its my problem but I had techs at my house twice and it is not on my end. Kiwi is making so much money they don't care about the players. Even players that have spent a lot of money on their games! I don't play on a team any more because of gameplay problems. I don't want to hold a team back. Some weekends I haven't been able to access the game at all!
I know it's kiwi Brody, I agree with you.  Kiwi does not give a damn about fixing anything there were some changes I had to make because kiwi sucks.  I will send you what I had to do and since then I haven't had problems give me a bit.  What device do you play on anyway?

I'm on a Motorola Xoom. I play other games with detailed graphics and more complex play but those work fine, they aren't Kiwi games. Kiwi started out moths ago saying it was a glitch in the game here and there but when they could never fix the problem they dumped the fault on me. Their last reason before that though was that I was such a high level it caused problems!
I know that's when it started happening to me.  I understand your frustration.
