1) My Game won’t load. What should I do?
Please follow the below steps:
(Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > West Bound > ForceStop)

2) Can I transfer my old account on to a new device?
Thank you for your patience! If you have changed device the game will start over from the beginning. However, we can definitely transfer your game (Westbound) into your new device, but it would be helpful to have additional information about your old and current device so that we may better assist you.

1) Your old Device ID/IMEI number/Game account level and the Email ID associated with it.
2) Your new Device ID/IMEI number/Game account level and the Email ID associated with it.

The following is the easiest way to give us all the necessary information.

1.Launch the game.
2.Tap on the Settings button (extreme right).
3.Tap on the 'About KIWI' button.
4.Tap on the 'support-wt@kiwiup.com' button

3) I completed an offer in Tapjoy and did not receive my reward. Why?
I am so sorry about this! We are happy to help! I have checked with the company Tapjoy that runs these free offers. Tapjoy has a support system in place for cases like this. Their staff is more than happy to investigate any issues pertaining to these advertisements.

The easiest way for you to get a hold of Tapjoy is through the support links which they provide in each of their platforms. If you are using the in-app version of the Offerwall, you can reach them through the “Missing Points?” link at the bottom of their list of offers. If you are going through Tapjoy.com, please log in to your account and go to the Options button at the top-left corner of the page. From there, hit the "Help" button in the drop-down menu; the "Contact Support" button will allow you to submit your issue. No matter the route, your issue will get to their Support team who will respond to you as quickly as they are able.

4) Images not loading?
We would like to inform you that the images will appear in sometime and kindly make sure that you are connected to the internet.

5) Game Reset?
Unfortunately, we are unable to restart the game from the beginning. However, if you can provide us with a more detailed description of the issue, we can look into it. We appreciate your support!

6) In-game Purchase rewards not received
a. Close the game (either by pressing BACK button, or via Settings -> Manage Applications ->Westbound-> Force stop), and then restart the application. You should be able to see the resources for the purchased plan. If you still cannot see the resources being credited, please follow step b.

b. Close the game. Close the google play (android market) application also. Now restart the google play app. Then restart the game. Now you should be able to see the resources. If you still cannot see the resources being credited, please get back to Kiwi customer support team.

7) How to earn Pickaxes
You can earn Pick axes by leveling up, by playing the game every day and collecting the spin wheel Bonus, or by completing free offers to earn Pick axes. However, I will pass this idea along to our game developers.

8) How does "Spin the Wheel Daily Bonus" work in game?
a) You can spin the wheel each day to earn resources and collectables. You earn spins just by opening your game each day!
b) Each day when you open the game for the first time, you will find the Spin Wheel Wagon in your Canyon. If you don't see it, then look for the icon near the inventory button.
c) If you play the game every day, then your free spins will progressively increase. For example: Day 1 = 1 spin, Day 2 = 2 spins...Day 5 = 5 spins. Once you've reached 5 consecutive days, you will be rewarded with 5 free spins for each consecutive day.
d) If you miss a day, then the daily bonus wheel will reset to 1 free spin and you'll start over.
e) The daily bonus wheel will appear only on your first visit to the game in a day. If you don't use your free spins at that time, then you will loose the spins for that day.
