Not able to transfer

Still not able to get Rock U to transfer my game to my new device. Hopefully pretty soon.😥


Did u go through the game? Under device transfer?

Yes. Got my Gold Rush transferred after 5 days, but not Shipwrecked. Very poor support.

Yes to new device lost everything had spent a lot of money on theses games VER VERY UPSET

Took some time but eventually got it transferred and old game and resources were restored. Don't give up yet. It took about 2 weeks to get mine done.

I have not been able to transfer my game to my new device don't want to start all over again.

All u have to do is download the game on new device goto settings goto device transfer and give them email address and level your on and your screen name or RockYou ID.... they will send you confirmation email

Been tryin myself for a mnth now still ...all my islands havent transferred
