Get rid of the fucking pop up' s I try to play the game and the fucking pop up' s stop me from playing the game

We have reduced the ads in the New World game. You should get only 1 ad for every 5 minutes. If you are receiving more, please write to us. We will look into this further.

Yes every time I turn around when I'm playing I am about to just remove the game from my phone

You can write to us from the game- On opening the game tap the triangle on the bottom right and then tap the settings' icon. Select Help and Support, and then report an issue

You can barely get into the game and there's an ad. It's bad enough that the Westwood pop up is at the very beginning, now ads. Every 5 minutes is too short. This is ridiculous. Starting to lose interest in the game at level 350 because of the ads. I was in a rush to finish the level to see what's next, but the ads crushed my enthusiasm.

We have reduced to 1 ad for every 5 min. If you are still receiving more than this count. Please drop an email to our support team. We are also working on other strategies to turn off the ads.

I am honestly at the end of my patience. I used to play all 6 shipwrecked and goldrush games. Im down to 4 and all 4 of them are closing on me and saying "unfortunately, (game) has stopped".

Seriously!! So I guess Im shut out of all my challenges this weekend since theres no one around on the weekend to help and they wouldnt help anyway.

All these games were fine befoe ROCK YOU took them over.

I recently made a purchase (Feb. 11), and my ads are still popping up. Liars! !!!!!!!!

How on earth do we show you a purchase invoice?

What you do is when you receive a Google Play receipt, take a screenshot of the receipt and upload it as an attachment to the email. I did it, and my ads stopped.

My ads did stop after an email with an enclosed Google Play receipt.

Am i really reading this right...

To remove adverts, buy stuff let's call them resources, take screen shot, send it off and an unknown number of adverts are removed. Adverts that have only recently started to appear after a time when we were given resources gratis... then withdrawn... Cool !!

i have not made any purchases yet but my ads as support say are greatly reduced , but if you purchase anything I understand they are removed completely for a month . I don't find the ads are popping very often so I'm playing my game ok .

Yeah, Phil, you are reading right. Occasionally I will make a purchase for my weekend challenges, since my usual teammates also do the same. My ads didn't disappear right away. Well I figured it might take up to 24 hours (don't say it, I can guess what you're thinking :) ). After the ads didn't, I sent a private message since I didn't want my receipt in plain view. They stopped immediately. I have mentioned however; that the ads are quite bothersome while the game is fully loading (makes me say bloody expletives ;) ). I will definitely let you know if they stay gone until March 11.

Yes , a lot of people do make purchases anyway , I do myself occasionally . I'm glad things have improved drucean . It is important for people to put their feed back up , so support have references to work on . A lot of people don't even know the forums exist but posting in here can get the help you need , and draw attention to issues that affect a lot of people .

Of course you are right Anne, but let's not forget all those don't read the echo, not alone post in it. If player numbers increase Then this concept can only be considered as successful. If not as I'm afraid to think is the case then what happens next ?

Well Phil , I have a lot of regular team mates one been with me over two years ( chris123 ) but occasionally I have to put new people in team when team mates are down and I always explain how to get into forum and how to email support if they have issues to be fixed , a lot can be done by word of mouth . Maybe support could also in the the future think of a way to notify people of forum and how to access them .

I would also like to add at this point that in the past the forums have been unpleasent sometimes , I myself have been victim to such unpleasentness , but my point is that if people come here for help and read things being said about other people , arguing , swearing , it can deter people from posting and seeking help . I have in the past seen full blown arguments taking place between a team .
